The organizers have decided to delay collecting the late fee for entering Annapolis Race Week until Monday 29 August at noon.  Let other skippers in your fleet know they have a little more time to register.

PARTY PASS PRE-SALES
Party PassNot Included in Entry Fee

Party Passes are available online through Wednesday 31 August that cover the cost of alcoholic beverages. A Three Day Party Pass ($50) covers alcoholic beverages for each day of the event and a One Day Party Pass ($20)covers beer and rum only on a single day.

 

You must be 21 years old and show proof of age at the entrance to receive a wrist band.

 

Party Passes are provided by The Boatyard Bar & Grill who remind you take an eCrusier into Eastport to continue celebrating at The Boatyard after the tent party each night.

CLEAN REGATTA
Sailors for the Sea Clean Regattas ProgramSailors for the Sea
We encourage you to strive for higher environmental standards while participating in a Clean Regatta and to work to protect and restore our waters.
 
Sailors can do their part by helping with Water Bottle Reduction - Reduce single-use, disposable water bottles by choosing to use reusable bottles.  Daily awards of stainless steel bottles can be earned on the water... and off. 
 
Let WasteStrategies help dispose of your boat's waste correctly by bringing your trash bag to the tent party if recycling is not readily available at your dock.

By Land:  eCruisers, LLC offers a special pick up/drop off at the Boatyard Bar & Grill. Call 443-481-2422 if you don't see a shuttle.

By Sea:  Get Watermark Water Taxi coupon books at a discount  They are good for tours too.

By Bus:  Annapolis Circulator - a shuttle service from three parking garages through downtown. Park in Park Place and Knighton garages for $5 a day or Gott's for $12 a day. Your ticket-stub is a free pass all day, for unlimitied rides.  Anyone can jump on the Circulator for 50-cents a ride.

Friday and Saturday - 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 a.m.
Sunday through Thursday - 7:30 a.m. to midnight
Times subject to change during summer season and holidays.

Stop by the Helly tent on City Dock to purchase a Short Sleeve Navy Cool Shirt and Long Sleeve White Transporter Shirt with the ARW logo, but hurry because quantities are limited. 

 

Helly will also have great deals on overstocked clothing and sailing gear as their Annual Warehouse Sale will be running through Race Week.  Visit the red tent or the 132 Main Street store. 

 

Helly is planning to recognize a boat for daily improvement so keep your team motivated should you have a rough start.
