| AMERICAN RED CROSS ONE DESIGN CUP | | |
Miles River Yacht Club
The regatta will be held on Saturday 6 August and Sunday 7 August and is open to One Design classes, including but not limited to, Stars, Penguins, Comets, Chesapeake 20s, Club 420s Optimist and Shields.
The Miles River Yacht Club grounds will be open for the two day event for a donation of $5.00 per person (children under 12 are free). There will be refreshments, music and awards ceremonies both days. Saturday the American Red Cross will host a $20 buffet dinner and cash bar from 5:30 to 7:30 pm followed by the results of a raffle and silent auction. Sunday a new perpetual overall winner trophy will be unveiled.
Online registration is available and due by 2 August.

| 82nd ANNUAL BILL HEINTZ MEMORIAL REGATTA | | |
West River Sailing Club
Regatta Chair, Al Lohman (allohman@aol.com), is delighted to invite One Design racers to compete in the 82nd Annual Regatta, now dedicated to the memory of Past Commodore Bill Heintz. WRSC takes pride in their small-town culture and beautiful club grounds and looks forward to hosting participants in Galesville, MD on Saturday 3 September and Sunday 4 September.
Online registration is preferred and due by 30 August. |

Donor Appreciation
CBYRA was proud to award a grant to the Hampton Yacht Club to assist with their hosting the Junior Olympic Festival all thanks to continued member generosity. Reserve Fund provides a means to support projects and programs of special merit or need.
Regatta Support Fund is provides seed money or a budget booster to Regattas, of any CBYRA sanctioned class or classes, held at a member Club.
Fund for Chesapeake Sailors provides grants to member sailors campaigning for the Olympics, National or International regattas and championships.
