Hello Einstein Families,
Do you have an interest in math? Can you spare an hour of your afternoon a couple of days a week? If you answered yes to both of those questions, then we have a really valuable volunteer opportunity for you!! Einstein Parent, Mallik Yalamanchili, is coordinating an afterschool MSP Tutoring Club and is looking for parent volunteers to assist him. The program targets 4th to 6th grade students that need additional support to develop their math skills. Tutoring sessions will be held each Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday afterschool from 3:30-4:15. You do not have to commit to volunteering each day the program is held but we need parents that are willing to commit to a consistent schedule.
If you are interested in assisting, please contact Mallik at malliky@microsoft.com. All volunteers are required to complete the District Volunteer Application Process which includes a criminal history check performed through Washington State Patrol.
Thank you in advance for your support with this important project!
Melissa Pointer
Principal
