Mr. Tobin's Weekly Message

You will be receiving your Otter Mail message every Friday with the goal of having a "one-stop-shop" for your weekly information from the school and the PTSA in a very environmentally friendly format. We are hoping to cut down on the paper use and to consolidate all of the information that you need into one easy to read newsletter.

I am very excited about the first issue of Otter Mail being sent today! I would like to acknowledge the hard work that the PTSA has done to make this project turn from a vision to a reality. Michelle Sullivan and Kitty Tam have worked countless hours to help launch this new communication strategy, and I would like to publically celebrate their efforts!

Have a great weekend!

Family Math Night - Games and Fun in Math

Next Thursday Jan 14th is Family Math Night at Einstein from 7:00-8:30! Come join us in the commons for fun, hands-on games and learn new ideas of how you can get your kids excited about doing math at home. The class with the highest percent of kids who come will earn an extra recess with Mr. Tobin! Please click here for more information, and reply to Debbie Breer or Shauna Kennedy with number of children and adults attending, children's name and grade level. Thank you!
New Year Resolution?

At the beginning of the year we asked each Einstein family to volunteer 2 hours of their time. There are many volunteer opportunities to fit your interest and availability. Please contact Rana Shafi or Deva Demeter  for more information.

Volunteering makes you feel great and makes such a difference to the students and staff of Einstein Elementary.
A New Year's resolution to volunteer or volunteer more often is one you can keep and one you will feel great about!
Last Chance Registration for Before and After School Activities

Spaces are still available in fun activities this winter at Einstein! Art, Chess and Spanish classes still have limited space. Registration forms are available in the office or on the PTSA website Student Activities tab. Please contact Sumithra Balakrishnan right away if you are interested or have any questions!
