Spring is here, my friends!
Let us all move to the Cyprus garden. It is time to awaken our hidden fortune and raise it tall like the Cyprus. Learn the secrets of the garden, silently and without a word! The nightingale sings many songs, if we comprehend its tongue!

A" NEW DAY": Time to Revitalize Dr. Daniel Sadigh
The UN's General Assembly in 2010 recognized the International Day of NOROOZ,(New Day) describing it a spring festival of Persian origin which has been celebrated for over 3,000 years. The first day on this calendar falls on the time when the sun is observed to be directly over the equator, and the sunlight is evenly divided between the north and south hemispheres. At this "NEW DAY" we are witnessing mother Earth's optimally balanced position and we remind ourselves to bring balance into our lives.
I have always enjoyed NOROOZ as a reminder of rejuvenation, growth and potentiality. On or around March 21st of every year, families gather and celebrate the traditions of NOROOZ or "rebirth of nature". The main traditions can be summed up in Spring cleaning; purchase of new clothes to wear for the new year; purchase of fragrantly flowers; setting up a beautiful table as a symbolic representation of the seven heavens (Haft Seen); visiting the elders of the family; spending time with family and friends or traveling; and on the thirteenth day: spending time in nature. CranioSacral Therapy at the Wheel
Wheel
of Wellbeing is proud to introduce Patrick Callahan as a new valuable
practitioner who brings care, quality, and professional attention to the
center and his clients.
CranioSacral Therapy is a light touch form of bodywork that relies on and assists the body's own natural resources to balance the central nervous system-the brain and the spinal cord. The role of the CranioSacral therapist is to encourage and enable this process. Because of its focus on the brain and spinal cord, CranioSacral Therapy bolsters the body's overall health, increasing its resistance to disease and alleviating a wide range of specific conditions.CranioSacral Therapy is beneficial for those suffering from chronic headaches, nagging neck or back pain, temporal mandibular joint (TMJ) pain, whiplash or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), among others.Since 1990 Patrick Callahan has been a certified CranioSacral Therapist, a certified California Council Massage Therapist and an Associate Polarity Practitioner. 10 ways to Unleash Your Creativity Bonnie Sadigh
Creativity is a mental process. It
involves the discovery of either new ideas or concepts, or new
associations of the existing ideas or concepts, fueled by the conscious
or unconscious insights. Creativity exists in all of us. Every single
person has the ability to be creative; all it requires is re-learning
how to unleash and trust the outcome. Creativity opens up the doors to a
new life. It enables us to deal with stress and in becoming the best we
can be for ourselves, our families and the world. Creativity is the
essence of rejuvenation.Creativity is fearless, it is not being
afraid to make mistakes. To be a creator one needs to be in complete
trust with what is and to let go of what if. A creative mind is in the
flow with possibilities by taking risks and thinking outside of the box.
Creativity isn't about being able to draw a still life or a portrait;
it's the expression of who a person really is. It is about allowing
yourself to try new things, even if they don't always turn out as
planned. It is the process of letting go. Learn More... |
