Hello all,
Hope you had a fantastic week! In the last two weeks, I've been so inspired--first by the Giants' great and unexpected win, and then by Jeremy Lin who has taken New York and The Knicks by storm. I was at the Knicks game on Saturday, February 4th--my first game ever--to witness Lin energize the Knicks and blow us all away. And now, after five terrific games (and five great wins this past week for the Knicks), Lin has proven he's no one-hit wonder! Watching the Giants and Knicks games has inspired me to write this week's article for More Magazine on how to create your own winning team to help you achieve your own fitness goals. In this week's newsletter, you'll also learn whether some food rules are meant to be broken in my latest Calorie Count blog post. You'll also see what I'm reading this week PLUS you'll find 100 calorie chocolate desserts from Eating Well Magazine, just in time for Valentine's Day...yum! The ZIED GUIDE will return in two weeks--that's because I'm headed to Prague for a work conference and will share all that's fit to print when I'm back. In the meantime, I look forward to having many conversations with you on Twitter and on Facebook. As always, please get in touch with questions, comments or suggestions for a future ZIED GUIDE blog, newsletter, article or tv/video segment. Until next time, Elisa |
