Hello all,
Hope you all had a wonderful holiday weekend. We spent most of it in Charlotte with dear friends as their twin sons celebrated their bar mitzvah. We danced the night away in our Giants' gear for a great tailgate celebration! We capped off the weekend with our own sons' basketball games, and a great unexpected win by the Giants. My boys were over the moon!
In this week's ZIED GUIDE you'll read about my first and second weeks of training for the More/Fitness Half Marathon. You'll find 40 expert diet tips to help your resolutions become a reality, as well as some links to timely food, nutrition and health articles (plus one for a delicious recipe).
Hope you brave the cold and have a great week! Until next time,
Elisa |
