Hello all,
Hope you had a fantastic first week of January!
In this week's ZIED GUIDE you'll learn if you can drink yourself heavy, and how you can kick start a healthy diet. You'll also learn about the 80/20 principle, and find a few links to recent popular articles I think you'll enjoy.
I'm also very excited to announce that for #moveitorloseit, I signed up for my first ever half marathon! It's the MORE/FITNESS HALF MARATHON that will take place in NYC on April 15th. I plan to walk it, but believe me--I'm still terrified! Each week, I'll be blogging on the More Magazine website about my training and provide tips and suggestions from a few fitness/nutrition gurus to help you train and eat well before, during and after this event (or similar ones in which you'll participate) to stay healthful and strong. Stay tuned!
Hope you have an enjoyable and active week. Until next time,
Elisa P.S. I hope you'll #moveitorloseit with me this year--share your workouts and see what others are doing on Facebook or Twitter! |
