Hello,
Hope you're enjoying gorgeous weather! NYC has been faring pretty well, with bright skies and sunny temperatures. As all the nearby shops show turtlenecks and boots in their displays, and as the leaves start to change color and fall, I know Winter is on its way--just not yet! So I'm trying to enjoy some outdoor time each and every day and hope you're doing the same.
In this week's ZIED GUIDE, you'll find my response to a PARENTS magazine reader question about eggs. You'll also find two amazing recipes for sweet potatoes from Robyn Webb's divine new book, The Diabetes Comfort Food Cookbook. And if you're portion challenged (and who isn't, at least some of the time!), you'll find my tips on GALTime.
As always, I welcome ideas & suggestions for my newsletter, blog, articles and tv segments. And I love connecting with so many of you on twitter and on facebook.
Have a great week! Until next time,
Elisa
