Hello,
As I write this newsletter, I'm waiting anxiously to leave to pick up our kids from their camp bus. The apartment has been uncomfortably quiet for 7 weeks and we can't wait to have noise and activity again! While I'll miss (sometimes) the quiet, and I'll miss being able to be spontaneous and plan my daily schedule based on my own work and life, I'd trade that all in anytime to have my kids home, safe and snug. Parenting definitely has its challenges, but seeing our children grow and experience life--warts and all--is truly the most wonderful experience, and I really don't know what my husband and I would do without our children in our lives!
In this week's ZIED GUIDE, you'll read about the inspiration behind the Weekly Fitness Challenge and get some additional tips in The ZIED GUIDE blog from fitness pros on how to live more actively. You'll also find 2 great recipes from The Meal Makeover Moms.
I hope you have a terrific, active, and fun-filled week. Until next time, Elisa
