Hello,

Hope you all had a great week and Father's Day weekend! Now that school's out for my kids, we had some wonderful time to take in a show and a movie, and spend quality time with friends and family (not to mention pack trunks for summer camp -- my kids leave on Saturday). I'm still doing #202040 -- 20 miles of walking, 20 minutes of abs, and 40 minutes of weight training -- each week. At the end of the month, as a reward for accomplishing my goals, I'll donate to the Weekly Fitness Challenge -- you can learn more about this wonderful initiative on Twitter and Facebook, so please check it out!

In this week's ZIED GUIDE newlsetter, you'll find interesting Q & A's with two health experts-- one who discusses functional foods, and another who talks about how to shed stubborn fat. You'll also find two great recipes for summer salads.

Stay fit, smile, and have a great week! Until next time,

Elisa
