Hello all,
How was your week? Hope it went great! I had a fun and busy one with the boys, and ended the week with an overnight to Tampa, Florida with a girlfriend to see the Yankees during Spring Training. We had a blast! While we were there, we took advantage of the beautiful, breezy weather by taking a long walk outside. Glorious!
In this week's ZIED GUIDE, you'll learn how to beat snack attacks in a healthful and satisfying way. You'll learn more about how to feed a toddler, and understand how to slash your sodium intake without losing your mind. You'll also find out about a great new family-friendly cookbook.
Hope you have a safe, sunny, and satisfying week! Until next time,
Elisa
