Hello all,

This week's newsletter is jam-packed with tips to help you get breakfast on the table and eat well as a family.

I also wanted to share some exciting news..... I'll be on Good Morning America on Tuesday, January 11th with the adorable Sam Champion out on the street (can you say brrr) to help launch an amazing national campaign, so be sure to watch or dvr the show. At 1 pm EST, you can watch a live stream on FACEBOOK in which I'll present the findings from a new report called "What America's Missing: A 2011 Report on the Nation's Nutrient Gap."  I'll also help reveal the new fabulous face of the "get milk" National Milk Mustache Campaign (sorry, it's not me..but it is someone fabulous, I assure you!!) I'll share all the amazing details of the campaign that I'm thrilled to be a part of in next week's ZIED GUIDE, so please stay tuned.

Enjoy!
