Greetings!
Baby, it's getting even colder outside! I don't know about you, but I really don't like the cold. But I won't let it slow me down, no matter what! I've taken to wrapping myself up in plenty of fleece for my long outside walks (it would KILL me to give those up just because of the blustery weather). Thankfully, I have fleece and the Morning Mashup on Hits 1 on Sirius radio to help me get through it! (FULL DISCLOSURE..I'M LOBBYING TO GET ON THE MORNING RADIO SHOW TO TALK NUTRITION--feel free to tell them about me on twitter or facebook!! LOL). In this week's Zied Guide ™, you'll find ways to de-frazzle (is that even a word?) this busy, hectic holiday season. You'll also find out about under the radar nutritious and satisfying superfoods--many available right now at a restaurant or grocery store near you. Finally, you'll learn how to avoid overeating this holiday season in my new Galtime.com video. Please check out the giveaway on the bottom of the newsletter...hope you win a copy of Nutrition At Your Fingertips--makes a great hostess or holiday gift! I'm planning a bigger, and better giveaway for a future newsletter, but it's not quite ready--please stay tuned! Be sure to bundle up and stay hydrated and active this week. Fluids and fitness are so important for your skin, your heart, and your mood, especially when the days get shorter and there's less sunlight to keep us smiling. Until next time... Elisa
