I love how someone in the middle of it all, a person with obvious self interest to sell you any other thing as an investment, says something pure, says what truly matters and hasn't lost perspective out of a "what's in it for me?" mentality that we so often see.

Cooling Coconut Smoothie with Organic Ingredients:
- Coconut Milk or Coconut Water
(1-2 cups or at least enough to cover blender blades)
- Handful of frozen or fresh spinach
- 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries or raspberries
- 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 2-4 ice cubes (unless your berries were frozen)
- Optional
