One of the most recent client testimonials:

"After doing the Success Is Vitality program, I now feel more empowered in my life and believe more firmly in the beauty of the world. I had read and heard that everything is connected and that we should trust it, but I never internalized it until Siv instilled a greater faith in me. My severe stabbing stomach pains and bloating are gone.  My acne has improved.  My need for chocolate daily and caffeine are gone. I have lost weight because I' m eating better and now understand that I am often thirsty - not hungry! I speak and think more positively and with more empowerment.
I buy mostly organic produce. I cook 90% of my meals. (...)I started my own company!!!  I feel like life is more wonderful and exciting because I am doing what I LOVE and was meant to do.
Siv doesn't make excuses or rationalizations for doing something that isn't good for you. She has extremely good energy!
I knew much of this before I met Siv, but I needed the support, guidance and encouragement to believe in it and DO it.  I couldn't have done it without her!"

Greetings!

                                                                                                 Have some fruit!

Healthy diet and lifestyle is key for optimal vitality, abundant energy and balance.

By using fruit to satisfy our taste for sweetness, we won't need or crave all the chemical, artificial, processed and refined sweeteners.  Fruits are easy to digest and are high in enzymes. They are cooling, cleansing, energizing and are great for those who are stressed or overheated from the weather.  Fruits are rich in fiber and are natural liver stimulants/gentle laxatives.

Buy fresh, locally grown organic fruit as much as possible!
Eat the fruit in season to be more in harmony with your environment and nature's intelligence of what is best for you at each moment of the year.

Nature has it all figured out and nourishes perfectly throughout the year, giving highly cooling fruits and greens during the warmest seasons of the year and warming, more calorie dense foods, and foods that can last long such as root vegetables, grains, nuts and seeds for the cold winter season.

Whether you are having fresh fruit for a light early morning breakfast, a mid-day snack or evening treat, enjoy the sweetness nature provides!

Few examples of summer fruit to enjoy and their health benefits

All organic fruit have a beautiful variety of vitamins and nutrients.  They have an important effect on our health.

One of the main reasons why we are so sick today is due to the lack of nutrients in our diets.  Nearly 90% of the food we eat today is processed, and processed food has often many nutrient depleting qualities to offer.  America also has one of, if not THE most nutrient depleted soils in the world, which makes it harder for us to get as many nutrients from the food we eat - another reason for us to take responsibility for our own health and insure our intake of nutrient rich unprocessed and natural foods such as fresh fruit in our daily diet.

Here are some summer fruits with their health benefits:

Apricots: Good for lung conditions and asthma; used to help treat anemia due to their high copper and cobalt content.

Bananas: Helps lubricate intestines, treat ulcers, detoxify the body, manage sugar cravings and rich in potassium (helps hypertension).

Cherries: Reduce inflammation in the body, Increase overall body energy, can help heal arthritis and rheumatism, and are rich in iron.

Grapefruits: Improves digestion, alleviate intestinal gas and reduce mucus conditions of the lungs.

Papayas: Tone the stomach, act as digestive aid, moisten the lungs and alleviate coughing; contain carpaine, an anti-tumor compound.

Raspberries: strengthens liver and kidneys, cleanse blood of toxins, regulate menstrual cycles and can help treat anemia.
