Sometimes we are so busy doing things, we forget what we are here for. We act out of an "automatic mode", "our survival mode" or "routine". We feel pressured and like we don't have enough hours in the day. Stress and pressure is a state of mind we choose to be in. It's never our true circumstance, but how we perceive or choose to look at our situation right now. We are the ones creating the pressure and the stress. You can be committed to a greater outcome that you work towards step by step, patiently, without being attached to it being a certain way right now. The moment we let go, and start being, breathing deep, breathing fresh air, absorbing the trees, flowers, people and their smiles and the animals around us.
That is when we start living again and create freedom and joy in our surroundings!

Oranges, Lemons and Limes
You know that citrus like Oranges, Lemons and Limes is an excellent source of vitamin C. Just
one orange supplies 116.2% of the daily value for vitamin C-but do you
know just how important vitamin C is for good health?
Vitamin C is the primary water-soluble antioxidant in the body,
disarming free radicals and preventing damage in the aqueous
environment both inside and outside cells. Inside cells, a potential
result of free radical damage to DNA is cancer. A good intake of vitamin C is associated with a
reduced risk of colon cancer.
In addition, free radicals can interact with the healthy cells of the body, damaging them
and their membranes, and also cause a lot of inflammation in the body. This is one of the reasons that vitamin C has
been shown to be helpful for reducing some of the symptoms of
osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
Since free radicals can damage blood vessels and can change
cholesterol to make it more likely to build up in artery walls, vitamin
C can also be helpful for preventing the development and progression of
atherosclerosis and diabetic heart disease.
