Great nonprofit boards evolve over time to meet the changing needs of the organizations they lead and to continuously improve their board practices. A common mistake is to ignore the need for change and remain rooted in the past. Learn how to evaluate your board, set performance goals, introduce change, and track your progress. We'll share examples from best practicing boards, some change management principles, and provide a template for conducting a board self assessment.

Designed for nonprofit managers, board officers, and board members.
