Check Out NorthSky Resources to Strengthen Your Board

According to Board Source, only 39% of boards are prepared to a great extent for meetings; resulting in dysfunctional board operations and a lack of strategic and meaningful discussions. Only 52 percent of chief executives describe their board committees as working well. When asked to explain what was not working, they pointed to a lack of attendance at committee meetings, unclear committee assignments, and small boards with not enough members to go around.

Take the time this summer to build your Board by accessing the many great resources located in the NorthSky online Resource Center. You'll find information on managing board meetings, committees and transforming your board.
