These are fantastic tools for small to mid-sized non-profit organizations to use, as Google Apps doesn't require anything more than an Internet connection and a browser to use effectively. You’ll learn a bit about each of the Google Apps tools, including how editing documents or spreadsheets with multiple people reduces email "ping pong" You'll see the steps to setup an account, and learn how to move from your existing email or calendaring system to Google Apps.
