Rides are available from Oglethorpe Mall to downtown Savannah the day of the event. Other spring events in Savannah include the Tour of Homes (3/24-3/27) and the Savannah Music Festival (3/24-4/9).
If history is your thing, Ft. McAllister has a re-enactment event with candle lantern tour planned to commemorate the sesquicentennial of the Civil War. They are also having a Volunteer Day if you would like to come on out and help preserve our wonderful park.
