A self-serve brochure rack has maps and event information available for free. Please contact the CVB for help in getting your brochure added to the rack or your event listed on our website.

The People Who Shaped Richmond Hill: Personalities, Politics, and Events
On Thursday, February 3 at 7:00 PM in the Richmond Hill Museum, Angus McCleod will talk about the people and events that shaped Richmond Hill over the past 40 years. He will concentrate on the time period of Richmond Hill's development in the 1960's through the 1990's. Who and what were the catalysts for Richmond Hill and Bryan Necks growth? McCleod, local historian, realtor, and long time resident of the area, has a way with words that will entertain and inform you with stories you won't read in the history books. The Richmond Hill Museum is participating in Super Museum Sunday. Participating museums in Georgia are opening their doors to the public from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM in celebration of the beginning of Georgia Month. Noted historian, Buddy Sullivan, will be speaking at the Richmond Hill Museum at 2:00 PM on the 6th. Sullivan will present a program on the History of Coastal Georgia. His presentation is open to the public. Drop by and browse through the museum. Docents will be on hand to answer questions and take you on a tour.
