Bryan Coastal Heritage Trail

In a collaborative effort the city of Richmond Hill, The Richmond Hill Historical Society, and the Richmond Hill Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) intend to establish a historic tourism passage through south Bryan County, called the Coastal Bryan Heritage Trail.

A historic marker program, a correlating informational brochure, an online geocaching adventure, and online marketing that will guide visitors through the historic sites of Richmond Hill and south Bryan County.
The concept is to select historic properties in Richmond
Hill/south Bryan County to display historical markers. The marker system will develop into a historic passage for tourist, history buffs, and the new techno-tourist to follow through this magnificent Preserve America Community.

The first signs are being installed now and will be combined with the many existing markers in south Bryan County.  More information on the status of the trail and the geocaching trail will follow in the coming months.
Visitor Information
GA Tourism info, brochures and flyers about local activities and events are available at the information desk at City Hall.  A self-serve brochure rack has maps and event information available for free.  Please contact the CVB for help in getting your brochure added to the rack or your event listed on our website.
