A self-serve brochure rack has maps and event information available for free. Please contact the CVB for help in getting your brochure added to the rack or your event listed on our website.

Summer is in full swing and the 4th of July festivities are going to be great in Richmond Hill!
You can attend the Old Time Family Festival at J.F. Gregory Park, complete with fireworks, on the 3rd. There will also be music on stage at the Station Xchange on the 3rd for all to enjoy. If you would prefer to see some fun on the 4th, head on down to Ft. McAllister. They will be hosting activities all day. You can read more about all of these family friendly things to do in the articles below. There are a ton of things to do on the weekend of the 4th, so get out there and enjoy our very patriotic community. |

Old Time Family Fun Festival and BBQ
When: July 3, 2010 at 12:00pm
Where: J. F. Gregory Park 520 Cedar Street Richmond Hill, GA 31324
More about this event: Come enjoy live music, pony rides, water slides, bounce rides, a car show, hot dog eating contest, pie eating, Idol contest, Name That Tune, Finish The Lyrics, Tug -o- Wars, belly dancers, dunking booth, dunk the drummer, dunk the DJ, and dunk the band, just to name a few.
There will be a DJ-MC all day. Food, Fun and yes, live entertainment starting at (5:30pm) with Savannah based Rock Band Perception followed by the new RH local Rock Band "Fun-House"
This is all leading up to an awesome display of fireworks (Brought to you by the City of Richmond Hill).
Each year this is an awesome event with 3000 to 5000 annual attendees. Have your kids take the stage with "Fun-House" while we perform America The Beautiful "LIVE" with our special guest Richmond Hill's very own Nicolette Blount.
