The Science of Scary Fun! TELUS World of Science set for all new Dr. Agar's Science Spooktacular production
Edmonton, AB - TELUS World of Science - Edmonton unveils its all new science Halloween theatre production, Dr. Agar's Science Spooktacular, to audiences this weekend. The show runs on the Syncrude Science Stage at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on October 23, 24, 30 and 31, with an additional showing at 11:00 a.m. on October 31.
"This production gives us a chance to show off our most exciting science demonstrations - some of which have never been seen by our visitors," said Vance Avery, the creative director of Dr. Agar's Science Spooktacular. "Halloween is the perfect opportunity to present science concepts in a new and entertaining way with the help of some fun characters."
Dr. Agar's Science Spooktacular also features the Sounds of Science demonstration that recently earned TELUS World of Science the win on The Daily Planet's Science Centre Showdown competition.
This special presentation is included with a General Admission ticket. Seating is limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
