Scheduling Kumon
Big changes are coming as we continue our goal of bringing you the highest quality Kumon service possible. Starting in January, we will be requiring students to come at scheduled times. Students will have half an hour per subject. By scheduling times, we will make your Kumon visits more predictable and the students' Center experience more positive and productive. This will also enable us to give consistent service to each of our students. While I know this may take an adjustment in thinking, I'm excited about the improved experience we will all enjoy. 
In order to schedule your child's time slots,
- Please click on the booknow button above, or go to www.KumonFS.genbook.com.
- Along the left of the page are three options: Parent Conf. or Enroll; Junior Kumon; and Main Room. Click on Junior Kumon or Main Room as appropriate. If your student is currently in Transition, please select Main Room.
- Then select the correct Center (SC for Steeplechase and FF for Fairfield).
- When it asks you to select a Staff Member, just click No Preference.
- Reserve a spot for each day (Mondays and/or Thursdays for Fairfield and Tuesdays and/or Saturdays for Steeplechase) your child may attend. Remember to reserve two consecutive spots if your child has two subjects. Hint: most people will be scheduling their sessions to start on the hour or half hour. By scheduling your sessions to start at 15 or 45 minutes after the hour, you will help us smooth out the grading traffic and increase our efficiency. Please consider this as you make your appointments.
- Make your appointment for just the first session, then in the memo section request that we make it weekly. When we receive your appointment we will convert it to a recurring one. You will receive weekly reminders with a cancellation link should you need to reschedule any one particular class. If you wish to make a permanent reschedule, pl.ease indicate that in the memo section.

- Office hours are: Mondays through Thursdays 3:30 to 7:30, Saturdays 9 to 2.
Parent Conferences Over Winter Break
While both Centers will be closed for class from December 21 through January 4, I will be available from December 27 through January 3 for Parent Conferences. This would be a wonderful time to visit with you regarding your child's progress. Please feel free to book a slot with me so that we can talk about progress and set goals for next year.
