I like to give my customers lots of advance notice of schedule changes, so here it is! School will resume on August 24 (my twins' birthday and the day I drive my oldest up to start college). Effective that week, we will drop Wednesdays but add Thursdays to our schedule. Our schedule will thus be Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30 to 7:30 and Saturdays from 9 to 2. I think this revised schedule will help give a breather between our two weeknight days, plus give Wednesdays off for those who prefer going to midweek religious services. Our office hours will be on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30 to 7:30 for those who wish to pick up work, take Placement or Achievement Tests, modify assignments, etc.
 

Words absolutely cannot begin to express my disappointment in having to report to you that negotiations for opening Fairfield this year have surprisingly fallen through at the last minute. While we were trying to point out items in our verbal agreement (hammered out over the course of over a month) that were directly contradicted by the proposed Lease delivered by the Landlord, the Landlord angrily walked out of the meeting. This development (and, in my opinion, lack of professionalism) took me by surprise but, as my real estate brokers, Page Partners, say, "Things happen for a reason." I am consoling myself, and hopefully y'all, with that thought as I continue to work very hard to bring Kumon out to Fairfield. In the meantime, I hope my Fairfield, Bridgeland, and Waller fans will bear with me and continue to make the drive in to Steeplechase on Saturday. We love all of you!
