I am pleased and honored that Kumon North America has asked me to open a new Kumon Center in Fairfield.

I have no further information at this time as we are awaiting finalization of paperwork (and of the shopping center itself!). I will let you know more as things progress.
 
We are excited about bringing the same level of Kumon quality and professionalism to Fairfield as we now and will continue to offer at Steeplechase.
 
Historically, my best source for new Kumon students has been word of mouth, so I have a favor to ask you. If you have a friend that lives out in the Fairfield area and is interested in Kumon, could you please let them know we're coming? 
 

The Honor Roll Ad for December 2008 will be published in the Cy Fair section of the Houston Chronicle on Thursday, January 29. Please watch for it! You can see it online here.

 

Honor Roll is measured each December 20, March 20, June 20, and September 20, and is based on how far the student has progressed in the program. Those who are six months above grade level have their names published; those 2 or more years above grade level have their pictures published as well. Be sure and encourage your child to reach the two year honor roll so they can get their pictures published!

 

Those students who achieve Honor Roll in March will be invited to our Annual Awards Ceremony at the Berry Center in April.

We've also upgraded the Shopping Cart so that you can sign up for Autopay on line. Please consider doing this to help reduce our time spent on collecting tuition and freeing us to focus more on the children.

 

If you would like to enjoy a savings for prepaying your child's tuition, please check out the prepayment discounts available online at our web site. You can prepay for 12 months of tuition for $1290 per subject or for six months of tuition for $690 per subject. Prepayment discounts will be available through April 30.

 

We get a lot of questions about Cosmic Club Points. Basically, the longer your child is enrolled and the farther he progresses in the program, the more points he accumulates.
