Our web site offers valuable and credible resources that are helpful in considering the incorporation of sustainable foods and systems into traditional food service programs. We've added new Winter menu items, such as Curried Sweet Potato and Lentil Soup, Winter Vegetable Quesadilla and Pumpkin, Pear and Coriander Soup to our listing of seasonal recipes. Try sustainable foods first hand, then try them with your clients to learn how delicious sustainable foods can be. A new team in a new location.
We have moved our offices and expanded our team of consultants during the last few months. Visit us online to get acquainted with Emily Brooks and Alden Cadwell who come to us with a wide range of experience and technical expertise with schools and the agricultural industry. We have also developed a relationship with The Rochelle Group, who have many years experience in the food service business, to add business planning and facility redesign, RFP development and labor relations to our menu of services.
