From investments and upgrades in our internal systems and technology to adding some great new team members to our growing support team. Connie Stewart 

We are proud to announce a new addition to the Mister Kleen team:

Connie Stewart,
Chief Operating Officer

 

Connie joined Mister Kleen in February 2012 as the company's Chief Operating Officer.  She is a strategic partner to management to lead the way with bringing positive change to all areas of the company. Connie provides leadership to improve operating efficiency and culture within the company. Connie has over 25 years experience in business leadership, strategic planning and organizational and employee development across various industries in the federal contracting and commercial sectors. 

 

Prior to joining Mister Kleen, Connie served as the Vice President of Human Resources Ethics & Compliance and Board Secretary at Germane Systems LC a manufacturer of ruggedized computer servers. She has also held leadership roles at Verizon, Nestlé, SunRocket and Aon. Ms. Stewart is an accomplished business partner supporting organizations with multi-site operations in the Mid-Atlantic, South, and Mid-Central regions. She has experience in various industries including technology (hardware, software, and telecommunications), manufacturing and non-profit.

 

Connie holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Strayer University and various professional designations.

Mister Kleen has utilized TEAM Software for our business 
system for more than twelve (12) years.  TEAM Software is a comprehensive business system designed specific for our industry.   It provides functionality to allow us a seamless integration of our business needs such as scheduling, employee timekeeping, payroll, job costing, equipment tracking,
and much more. We are excited to announce the addition of eHub to the TEAM Software portfolio of products currently
in use at Mister Kleen. 
 
In our continued commitment to enhance technology systems, Mister Kleen has now introduced eHub, a web-based employee self-service solution that enables the employee to: 
  • View & request changes to basic HR information, such as address, phone number and e-mail address 
  • View hourly benefit balances, such as available
    vacation time
  • View & print pay stub 
  • View & print W2 
  • Check the status of a change request 
eHub is an effective tool for the managers at Mister Kleen to: 
  • View employee contact information 
  • Review & approve timekeeping information for payroll 
  • View & print management reports 
This new self-service system promotes going paperless in our "Green" environment, and has streamlined our business processes by providing timely information to our employees.

Congratulations Roy Drummonds for winning "Employee of the Quarter." Roy is the Floor Technician at one of our commercial properties in Chantilly.  He has been part of the Mister Kleen team since June 2010.  Roy, thank you for the exceptional work you do for us here at Mister Kleen.  Way to go!

April 2012 
Congratulations to Christopher Brown for Winning "Employee of the Quarter." Christopher  worked as the Building Day Cleaner at the Ft. Meade, MD facility.  He began working with Mister Kleen in August 2011.  Job well done Christopher!

Special Services Update  Services

Our Special Services Department provides trained and certified technicians to help you with your Commercial, High Security and Residential Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, Smoke and Water Damage Restoration and offers Complete Floor Care programs.

 

We focus a great deal on learning innovative techniques and training our technicians. Mister Kleen Headquarters is equipped with a demo training floor that includes various types of marble, limestone, granite, travertine, concrete and tile flooring with grout. We also have various types of carpet set up and train on what cleaning methods work best for each.

 

Our team has performed numerous restorative tile, grout cleaning, and sealing specifically geared for restroom floors. With our state of the art cleaning processes we can make old worn out floors look new!  Continue Reading...

Yolanda Rathbone, Area Manager and the Roland Clark Place team members accept The Building Excellence Competition Award
  
It's that time of year again for Mister Kleen to hold our Building Excellence Competition. This competition is based on monthly site evaluation scores in which our cleaning is critiqued at the highest level. Our staff is always motivated to ensure they have the cleanest buildings-they take pride in this. The Building Excellence Competition is based on their evaluation scores for cleanliness. The competition builds morale and team work. Not only does the Mister Kleen team take pride in receiving these awards, but our clients do too!

 

The winner of our summer 2012 Building Excellence Competition is Roland Clarke Place located in Reston, Virginia.  These are commercial facilities comprised of approximately 100,000 square feet and are managed by Tishman Speyer.  

 

Congratulations go to Mister Kleen's Area Manager Yolanda Rathbone and her team for all their hard work and outstanding service and dedication.
