Continuous Improvement For All
 Continuous improvement for all is very important to us and is part of our culture at Mister Kleen. We've been extremely busy this past year working to improve all aspects of Mister Kleen, from enhancing our infrastructure via new tools and systems to training and coaching for our team members. For more about all the training we've completed, please see our Training Update. Continuous improvement is for all, from our leadership to managers, supervisors and the front line team members. We invest a great deal of time and resources into improving our people and systems. I am personally part of three different business groups that are geared toward improving our respective companies and our abilities to lead them. My sister, Dianna, Vice President & General Manager, is also involved in a business group and we have a business coach that works on a regular basis with some of our managers. These coaches, business groups and trainings all take a great deal of time, money and commitment and we feel this is just one of the differentiators that has made Mister Kleen the leading service provider it has become. As we enter a new year, I want to personally thank all of our outstanding employees and clients for your continued support. Mister Kleen celebrates 36 years in business this year, and without you, we would not have been afforded the level of success we have accomplished together. We appreciate you and will strive to never take you for granted. All the best in 2012!

Special Services Update 
When it rains it pours! September 2011 had the most rain in a consecutive month ever for the DC metro region. We had only one day of sunshine throughout the entire month. Our Special Services Division was very busy making sure many flooded properties were professionally restored. Mister Kleen's Special Services Division specializes in water damage restoration, and is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
The fall & winter months are a good time to have your carpets and floors professionally cleaned. The elements and holidays take a toll on your floors. The Special Services Division offers a variety of options for carpet cleaning and floor care including stubborn spot and stain removal. By staying abreast of advances in technology, we are providing the most, efficient and cost effective way to keep carpets and floors looking their best.
