Martha Pfeil and Clyde Beavers sang to a full house of Homeless men and women today,
many with heavy hearts at the death of their friend Skeeter, who collapsed in the restroom in the Rescue Mission.  The appreciation shows that someone would care enough to prepare a song to sing to them every Saturday morning, when they can give nothing in
return to show their gratitude...it is just such loving actions that give them hope to go on.

Colleen led the Clothes Bus team, the sack lunch factory, the Banquet Serving team, and
now she is carrying plates of hot food to serve our Homeless guests...it is volunteers like
Colleen and her buddy Karrie Cherry from The Bridge Fellowship that shares the blessing of
serving and makes it possible for us to reach people spiritually, once physical needs are met and defensive walls are broken down by love of God's people serving God's people.
