Marty's last day - deployed to Afghanistan - 150 Homeless stood to honor Marty and sang Amazing Grace to send her off with God's blessing.  Your Nashville family will miss you.  Thanks for your hard work and service through this ministry!

VOLUNTEERS  SERVING COFFEE AND CUPS OF COLD WATER DURING PRAISE AND WORSHIP, WATCH CAREFULLY TO BE SURE EVERY CUP IS FULL...THIS SETS THE TONE OF RESPECT AND DIGNITY TO OUR HOMELESS GUESTS WHO ARE WAITED ON HAND AND FOOT.  COLLEEN BROUGHT A NEW FRIEND TO ORGANIZE AND SORT THE CLOTHES ON THE BUS, THE LAST STEP BEFORE THEY LEAVE!

 

Karrie Cherry leads Coach Delvin McClain and his Nashville Stars Basketball Team at our Sack Lunch Factory, while Chuck Klusener trains the remainder of the Team in the fine points of cooking a banquet meal for the homeless.  Coach brings his team every year to help us set up, clean up, carry food trays, all to train his team off the court as well as on the court.  We need more Coach McClain's, who put academics and community service at the top of their list!
