Greetings all,  

I have just returned from much traveling.  I was in Chicago and then Tucson, Arizona.  I continue to meet the most incredible women that inspire me, encourage me and teach me.   

Chicago is my new favorite city to visit.  I went to celebrate my dad's 88th birthday and I taught my largest group of women EVER.  I connected with a saavy group of women that are interested in teaching my Pelvic Floor work!  So, in February 2012, i will be teaching my first FIVE day training to train others to teach women about the pelvic floor.  The five day training will be held at Yoga View in Chicago.

In Tucson, i had the honor of witnessing the desert during a rain storm, spotting a hummingbird's nest complete with babies, and connecting with some amazing women.  I feel so fortunate to do what i do.
