Greetings everyone,
I am off to Chicago on Friday and very excited to be teaching there. Then, on to visiting my dad and sister for a few days after. Please check out the column to the left as there are lots of exciting things planned. In Modesto, a backbend workshop and a clothing swap.
Under the asana column, i have placed a link to a wonderful new anatomy blog with incredible illustrations. In the girl talk section, a wonderful website for menopausal women and as if we needed more information on why we should be squatting to go to the bathroom but there you are!
Please join me at Namaste Grand Lake on Lake Shore Avenue. My Wednesday class is at 9am and my Thursday evening class is at 6pm.
Lastly, do you love to sing in your car or your shower? Have you ever wanted to explore the use of your voice? Or maybe you sing regularly as a soloist or with a group. This workshop is open to all levels of singer and yogi. Total beginners in either discipline are welcome as we will break into smaller groups. Yoga and Voice, June 17-19 near Calistoga with me and Cheryl Keller.
