Here is the kitten striking a Halloween pose. 
In this months newsletter, yet another article backed by research to ditch the chair! I am in the market for a standing desk myself. Will let you know when i find the perfect one. In the girl talk section i have put a great eight minute video on how much toxins are in our everyday products, worth a watch (even for the guys).
To my Bay Area students, it looks like Namaste on Lake Shore may open on December 1. But i will keep you posted.

Lastly, i have added a pelvic floor workshop in Modesto on Saturday, November 20 at Core Fitness on J Street. The time is 9am - noon and the cost is $50. Register with me.
