Greetings,

 I am heading off to what i hope will be the last airplane ride of the year!  I will be studying yoga with Patricia Walden, a senior Iyengar teacher on the East coast.  Five hours of yoga and three hours of study on the Yoga Sutras a day.  My idea of heaven.

Please think about joining me for a restorative workshop in Turlock or a therapeutic shoulder and neck workshop in Murphys.  Info below.

As some of you know, this month i shot my first video yoga class with Pranamaya.  The subject is "Yoga for Cranky Hips" and should be available in early September.  You purchase on line and it is yours forever (so now you can take me with you on vacation).
