This is an outstanding interview regarding the pelvic floor and your butt muscles!  I did buy her DVD and do not recommend it unless you are very weak.  It is very basic.

Hi All,
 
Lots of exciting news.  This months Yoga Journal magazine has an article on partner poses that i was interviewed for and the asana part of the article was written by me! Although i have had small articles published in local papers this is my first national publication.  Also i guess my performance at this years Yoga Journal conference was well received as they invited me to do it again for the San Francisco conference in 2011. 

 My husband Bill asked me if i wanted to go with him to South Carolina for a philosophy conference at the end of July.  I said let me look into the yoga world in the Southeast.  Turns out, i will be teaching some workshops on women's southern regions "down South"!  So we will be mixing some business with pleasure as we venture into a part of the country neither of us has ever visited. 

The Labor Day weekend in Northern California is starting to fill up and the initial deposit is due July 1.  I can invoice you through Pay Pal if that is more convenient.  The flier is now posted on my site.
