WHAT'S HAPPENING WITH LESLIE HOWARD
Hi All,
I am back from my whirlwind trip to the east coast where the weather
was warm and rainy. I met some wonderful people in my workshops that
just continue to spur me on in my work with women and empowering them
around their health.
I just did my summer winter clothing switch (of
course, i can use all the winter apparel in San Francisco this summer) but i have
cleared out summer and winter clothes and realized i have a few full
bags for a clothing swap. NEXT CLOTHING SWAP IN MODESTO, AUGUST 12. Save the date and spread the word.
I have lots going on. Hopefully you will be interested in some of it. Just scroll to the information you may be interested in.
July 24 and 25 i will be in Fresno, Ca teaching a weekend workshop about standing poses, back bends and inversions. To sign up click here: http://pbyoga.com/event.html
Starting August 8 i
will be teaching an eight week teacher training/deepening your practice
in Murphys, CA. You can take the whole thing or take portions of it.
Space is limited and students signing up for the whole series will have
priority. Find out more here. http://www.flyingzebrayoga.com/schedule-workshops/teachertraining.html
To all my Bay Area ladies......you asked for it, you got it. A
four week pelvic floor class on Thursday nights at Seventh Heaven, Berkeley starting July 30. click here for the details. http://www.7thheavenyoga.com/events.html
SHOUT OUT TO THE LADIES!! Lastly, my good
friend Timothy McCall whom some of you know as the author of Yoga as
Medicine recommended me for a documentary being made on yoga and
women. They want to interview me about my work with women and also
want to film me working with someone. Is anyone out there willing to
be filmed and possibly interviewed that has come to my workshops and
done the work and talked about how it has benefited them? The filming
date is will either be July 29 or 30 in Oakland.
Be well, Leslie
