SUMMER SCHEDULE

 MODESTO

I am traveling in June.  My  beginner classes at 4:30pm will be covered by one of my students, Sanna Williamson.  She has a 200 hour yoga certification and has been studying with me for over a year.  Please come support her and your practice while i am away.  All other classes are canceled.  I will return to teach on Monday, June 29. No class July 5. Classes are on for July 6.

Classes are at 422 Hackberry


SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

Wednesdays  Iyengar classes are 11:30am at  San Francisco Embarcadero Y

Thursdays Starting in July the 5:45pm class will be an  
  IYENGAR Class (no more 7:30pm class)
at 7th Heaven Yoga, Berkeley

WHAT'S HAPPENING WITH LESLIE HOWARD

 Hi All,

 Bill and I just got back from the yoga weekend in Napa.  What a wonderful group of yogis and yoginis.  Thank you to all of you that made it happen.

The summer is turning out to be VERY busy for me.  I will be leaving to teach in Miami on June 12.  From there i will go to Philadelphia and New York City teaching along the way.  If you know anyone in those areas feel free to forward this email. I will be back to teach the week of June 22 in SF and the week of June 29 in Modesto.

I have HUGE news that i am so excited about my husband (Bill) had to peel me off the ceiling.  I have been invited to teach my pelvic floor workshop at the 2010 Yoga Journal Conference in San Francisco.  This is a BIG deal. I am thrilled that i will be able to reach a larger audience and get this information out there.

And finally to all the ladies out there that have asked for a 4 week pelvic floor workshop, stay tuned.  There is one coming up most likely in August at 7th Heaven in Berkeley.
