Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
If you've never tried pumpkin and chocolate chips together, you've been missing out. This recipe is compliments of April from ElCloud Homeschool.
Ingredients:
2 cups white flour 2 cups wheat flour 2 cups oatmeal 2 teaspoons baking soda 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups margarine 2 cups brown sugar 1 cup white sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla 16 ounce can solid-pack pumpkin 1 package chocolate chips
Directions:
- Cream together sugars, margarine, eggs, and vanilla.
- Mix in pumpkin and dry ingredients.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Scoop by tablespoon onto cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees F until lightly browned, about 8 or 9 minutes per pan.
- Remove from pan after 2 minutes, cool on rack.
