Hawaiian Nachos
Here is a new take on an old standby!
Ingredients
1 bag tortilla chips (14 ounces)
6 ounces ham or Canadian bacon, chopped
8 ounces canned pineapple chunks
4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
2.25 ounces olives, sliced
Directions
- Evenly place the tortilla chips on a large plate.
- Layer on cheese, ham, olives, pineapple, and end with a second layer of cheese. This will keep your other toppings from falling off when you pick up a chip!
- Heat in the microwave until the cheese is melted.
