Exercise is good for you, but do you know how good? Exercise can help you improve your mood, fight against diseases, help you manage your weight, boost your energy level, help you sleep more soundly at night, and it can also be a source of enjoyment.
But who has the money to go to a gym and work out? Not me! But I cannot use that as an excuse to not exercise, so I made myself do some research and found ways that I can work out from the comfort of my own home--forgoing no cost whatsoever.
Together, in this newsletter, we will look at different ways we can exercise and get fit, while keeping our wallets intact.

Hi Molly Members!
Just a few more days until my September Digest is waiting in your Member Pages. September focuses on Emergency Preparedness and is chock full of helpful tips and creative ideas. Feather Your Nest is an especially creative (and frugal!) example this month. You'll find checklists, pantry lists, resources, kid's activities, and much more. And Penny Raine shares how she went from being a successful California businesswoman to a "no longer
self-driven but love-driven" mother with eight children on a horse farm in Tennessee. Living
frugally is not something she has to do; it is something she chooses to do. Inspiring stuff!
And, of course, you'll find all kinds of freebies and extra goodies on the August members freebie page. Can't wait to see you there!
Not a member yet? Don't miss out. Click this link today to become a Molly Member yourself! For only $3.95, it is well worth it.

Hey, I Can Make That!
| Create Your Own Workout Plan
 © Johnkwan | Dreamstime.com
When I decided that I wanted to start exercising at home, I had no clue where to start or what to do each day. Trying to follow others way of exercising just wasn't working for me. I needed something for my level.
I found an article at E-How that explains how to create a personal workout plan just for you. Now, instead of doing some celebrity's special workout, you can come up with a plan of your own!

In the Kitchen
| Ice Cream Strawberry Smoothie
I found a great smoothie recipe shared by a very talented homeschooled teenager.
Her family has been working on trying to eat a little healthier and she shared this delicious recipe on her blog.
Ice Cream Strawberry Smoothies Ingredients: 2 - 2 1/4 cups of frozen solid strawberries 1 - 1 1/2 cups of plain yogurt sweetener to taste Directions Quickly chop the frozen strawberries in a blender. Add the yogurt and
sweetener. Blend very quickly. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Recipe notes: If you aren't going to serve this immediately, put the
smoothie glasses in the freezer. You can leave them there as long as
they don't freeze solid. You can also add a Banana or two. The key to
thickness is being very quick! You can visit Hannah's blog and find more yummy recipes like these and also read all her great photography tips!
