Many people today live with food allergies of all kinds. Allergies to eggs, dairy, nuts, flour, gluten, fish--it is a never-ending cycle.

Hopefully by the time we finish this newsletter, you will have information on how to help treat a food allergy that you might be dealing with.

Some of you may be wondering about me and whether I have food allergies or not. The ladies on my team have put together a blog post on their food allergies. These are the women behind my adorable face! You can read about their allergies and how they deal with them HERE.

I found a great video that shows how you can make a food allergy emergency kit to keep with you at all times just in case someone gets ahold of something that they are allergic to.

If you do not already do this, I would suggest making this kit!

Ideas From Around the Web
Here are some ideas from around the web to help you learn more about your food allergy.
  • Here is a gluten free cheat sheet to help you know what foods are acceptable and which are not.
  • Living Without is a magazine for people who have food allergies. I think it is a free online publication.
  • 10 positive things about celiac disease. This sounds very encouraging.
  • Here is a list of over 100 blogs to visit that are written by people with food allergies.
  • The Food Allergy Network is a great place to find information on whatever food allergy you are dealing with.
