TA Provider Training Opportunity

Are you a Technical Assistance Provider for CLTs or would you like to be? Register for Cornerstone Partnership's TA Provider Training Program, which is a series of webinars, individual course work, practicum and exam during March and April 2012. The program introduces and provides a refresher to the different TA tools that Cornerstone has created over the past two years. Sessions will include discussion of the latest thinking and best practices in program development, delivery and stewardship of shared-equity and permanently affordable homeownership.

2011 Comprehensive CLT Report

The 2011 Comprehensive CLT Report is now available! Based upon a survey of 96 CLTs, this report presents information on CLTs' organizational characteristics, portfolios, programmatic components, funding sources, beneficiaries and the first mortgage lending landscape.  

 

Also available is a CLT Lender Directory for 2010 and CLT Lender Marketing Materials to help CLTs identify, recruit or maintain first mortgage lending partners.
