CHILDREN ON TRIAL: ANNUAL JUVENILE JUSTICE CONFERENCE

Internationally renowned Justice Michael Kirby comes to Suffolk University Law School on April 22. Recently retired from the High Court of Australia, he has held numerous international positions, including President of the International Commission of Jurists, Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations for Human Rights in Cambodia and Member of the UNESCO Bioethics Committee. He presents the luncheon keynote Donahue lecture, "Constitutional Law, International Law and the Democratic Deficit". Following his talk, a distinguished panel discusses "What's at Stake in the Foreign Law Controversy".
