Campagnolo: now open at Dundas and Bathurst

Campagnolo, the new restaurant from Chef Craig Harding, is now open at 832 Dundas St. W.  Craig is a close family friend and we are so happy that his first solo venture has proven to be a great success.

The space, which we assisted in negotiating, has been expertly designed by Alexandra Hutchison. Her impeccable taste has greated an ambience that is serene and welcoming... the perfect setting for European-inspired food that is artistically presented and scrumptious.

The small-plate menu changes daily and after many visits we're sure that Chef Harding will still be able to surprise you with something unique and delectable. The servers are very pleasant and attentive and their knowledge of the ever-changing menu is impressive.

Campagnolo is now open Wednesday through Sunday for dinner and plans to begin serving lunch in the new year. We wish Craig and all his staff continued success.

Group gifting can be cost- effective - but beware the family feud

Group gifting is fraught with tension because people don't want to pay more than their fair share or get less credit than they think they deserve for the gift, explains Toronto etiquette expert Louise Fox.

Ms. Fox also says the role of gift organizer is stressful. As the purchaser, you expect reimbursement, but it's up to you to get it.
