Only at the GridWise Global Forum will you hear senior executives from an investor-owned utility, a co-op, a “muni”, independent system operator and a smart meter manufacturer discuss the mid-term results for their American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) projects. Uncle Sam placed a huge bet on smart grid technologies by providing $4.3 billion dollars in funding for over 100 projects under ARRA.
