It is that time of year, to focus on what is near and dear
Don't let your health become a fear
Just a few tips to send your way
Try a few of them and you just may,
Improve your health and well being
Don't fret it is worth a try, you will see how it can be freeing
Eating the colors of the rainbow is a great scheme to use
Selecting multi-colors for the foods you choose
Green, yellow, purple, orange, red and blue
Use this as a guide to try something new
Nutrient rich meals can be used any time of the year
Think of the seasons and holidays to motivate you into gear
Use a convenience bar if you are out and get a snack attack
Try one adding one to your carrying sack
Remember, it is all about balance, there are no good or bad foods
Depriving yourself will only put you in those bad moods
Eating mindfully is a way to enjoy all your treats in moderation
This concept has been lost by many in our great nation
Clients love the new relationship with their body, food and health
If you have not achieved this yet, it's time to work on this wealth
Take a break for you, move your body, enjoy some music and your soul will rejuvenate
If you don't regularly do it now, it is never too late!
Remember my motto, there is always room for ice cream and chocolate!
