Kathy Business Photo
At this time of the year many of you are trying to spend your left over flex money in your Health Care Plan.  Keep in mind that services with a registered dietitian are covered by most plans. If you have money left over in this year's flex account, with a doctor's approval of weight loss program, you can pay now and atttend sessions in 2008.  Call or email for specific guidelines.

In your new year, start off on the right foot and schedule some time for yourself, your health and Kathryn.
